MIQUEL QUINTANA - ARTIST
I'm Miquel Quintana, and I took an artist role in the project. My goal was to improve my skills in order to create better assets for the game. It has been an interesting project because we got to work with a team in a realistic video game studio, where good communications between members is crucial, and using advanced artistic software to improve the results.
PROJECT CONTRIBUTION
3D modeling
Part of my tasks were creating 3d assets to be placed in the game. They were modeled in 3DS Max, and the average poly count is around 300 tris per model, for optimal performance rendering in our engine.
Texturing
I did part of the texturing part in the project aswell. They were done in Substance Painter, with baked lights and no normal maps, with textures between 128 and 512px, again to accomplish good performance in the engine.
Music remasters and composition
Part of the music tracks in the project were done by me, composed and generated in FL Studio 20 with MIDI instruments and effects. They make the game more interesting and immersive in the universe.
